About ACES Transfers & Tours

Aces Transfers & Tours is a family-run company based in Athens, operating since 2009. We provide private transfers, private cultural tours and tailor-made itineraries across mainland Greece — for travellers arriving at the airport, passengers coming off a ship at Piraeus, and visitors who want to see the country at their own pace rather than a coach company’s.

We are a small operation and we intend to stay one. Every booking is handled by the same people, and the person who answers your email is the person who arranges your driver.

What we do

Private transfers. Fixed-price, door-to-door journeys between Athens, Athens International Airport, Piraeus and around ninety destinations across the mainland and the Peloponnese — from short airport runs to long-distance transfers to Kalamata, Monemvasia, Costa Navarino and Lefkada.

Private tours. Half-day, full-day and multi-day cultural tours from Athens, covering the Acropolis and Cape Sounion, Delphi, Meteora, Mycenae and Epidaurus, Ancient Olympia, Mystras and the wider Peloponnese.

Tailor-made itineraries. Multi-day private routes built around your dates, interests and pace, combining cultural sites, overnight stops and door-to-door transport.

We believe that private travel should feel personal.

Every journey is planned around the needs of the traveller, including the number of passengers, preferred pace, available time and places of interest. We are happy to offer honest advice when an itinerary needs adjustment or when a different route would provide a better overall experience.

Our professional drivers are experienced, fluent in English and selected for their reliability, courtesy and strong driving records. They understand the needs of international visitors and provide discreet, punctual and professional transportation.

Our drivers are knowledgeable about the routes and destinations visited, but they do not provide licensed archaeological or historical guiding inside regulated sites.

For travellers who would like a more detailed interpretation of monuments, archaeological sites and museums, we can arrange an experienced licensed tourist guide. Our collaborating guides are qualified professionals with specialist knowledge and are available in several languages.
